So as we move into the third IPDA season great plans are afoot and the future looks bright. The IPDA will be offering the Email tournament again, we will be co-hosting a Dutch debate tour through the United States, and there are even plans involving foreign travel. Don Black, who was recently appointed an International Director for the IPDA with a special interest in Mexico has begun the process of developing debate programs which will involves schools south of the U.S. boarder. I have very high hopes for the future of Public Debate in the U.S. and around the world.16
